My Yoga Journey I began my path in yoga in 1995 and after studying actively for seven years I made the decision to teach. Under the guidance of Ganga White and Tracy Rich, I completed my first teacher training in 2002 at the White Lotus Foundation. Since that time I have found inspiration and direction from a number of distinguished teachers incuding Rodney Yee, Angela Farmer, Erich Schiffman, Seane Corn, Baxter Bell, M.D. and Mary Paffard, my main mentor. My passion for yoga comes from my desire to develop a relaxed mind, a strong, open body and a more compassionate spirit. More importantly, I am dedicated to sharing this journey of personal discovery with others.
Quiet friend who has come so far Feel how your breathing makes more space around you Let this darkness be a bell tower and you the bell, and as you ring What batters you becomes your strength Rilke
